Player of the Week: Reece Thomas-Wright
- Updated: December 13, 2014

City College Plymouth’s Reece Thomas-Wright has been named EABL Player of the Week for games played during Week 12 of the 2014-15 EABL season, beginning December 8 2014.
Thomas-Wright helped Plymouth beat BHASVIC 74-69 with a 30 point, 16 rebound double double as he stepped up in the absence of Jose Malo.
“This was a great performance by Reece,” Plymouth Head Coach Matt Hatchell said.
“In the absence of the team’s leading scorer and rebounder, Reece really stepped up. He was close to a double double the game before, so he is starting to show some consistency in his performances now which is great for him and the team.”
The 6’2″ forward went 10/21 from the floor and 10/13 at the line, with 5 of his 16 rebounds on the offensive end, 1 assist and 1 blocked shot for an efficiency rating of 33.
It was Plymouth’s fifth win of the season, as they now stand at 5-2 in eighth place in the South Conference.
Plymouth will play their final game of the year against Northfleet on Wednesday.
