Summer Showcase – Team of Week 2

With five quality games across week two, there were some top performances from players across the EABL.

That made choosing a Team of the Week a tough task, but after much deliberation, the five that earned honours are below!

Ijeh’s efforts against SGS were enough to earn him a Player of the Week nod, no surprise given his final efficiency rating of 37 and a 23 point, 22 rebound double-double.

The James Watt forward is joined by Blake Bowman as the Derby man dropped 19 points on 8/11 shooting, adding 11 rebounds as the Trailblazers sunk Sheffield 109-105.

Toibu Lawal put on a show that wasn’t to be missed as CoLA topped Copleston 93-89, and his 19 points were packed with highlights from start to finish. Check them out below!

Charnwood’s Greg Wild is also included as he led all scorers across week two, with his 30 points helping the Riders to an 80-64 victory over Manchester.

Finally, Sheffield’s Jamie McGrail also made the cut as his 22 point, five rebound, five assist, four steal effort was a do it all performance against Derby.
