Following a seven day break, the EABL Summer Showcase is back and ready to go once more.
There are three weeks of action still to go before the end of the competition, with six games spread across week five
We take a look at all the match ups below, with plenty of action in store for EABL fans.

North Pool
The Sheffield College v Charnwood College Riders
Saturday’s clash between Sheffield and Charnwood is set to tip at 3:00pm and should be an entertaining contest between two exciting teams.
Two of the Showcase’s top three scorers are set to square off, with Charnwood’s Greg Wild (30.0PPG) going up against Sheffield’s Hensy Sako (26.3PPG), with the players ranked first and third respectively.
The Yorkshire side lost last time out, going down 78-74 to James Watt, whilst Charnwood are 2-1 so far this summer.
Manchester Magic Academy v Newcastle Eagles Academy
Manchester take on Newcastle on Sunday afternoon as the Eagles take their first bow in the Summer Showcase, with a 1:30pm start.
Despite a late start to their campaign, Newcastle have a game in each of the final three weeks as they gain some valuable experience for their roster.
Magic are coming off a commanding 75-47 victory over SGS, and Elgin Govan’s 18.5PPG is currently good for eighth across all EABL sides.
Myerscough College v James Watt College-BMet
The second game of the weekend double-header from Myerscough following the Magic Eagles tie, ‘Sco and JWC close the weekend with a 4:00pm tip.
Unbeaten in three contests to date, the North West programme look as strong as ever.
Great Osobor (21.0PPG, 28.5EFF, 3.0SPG) took Player of the Week honours last time out, with a 26 point, 12 rebound double-double against Derby.
James Watt have been buoyed by 25.3PPG from Sam Cheshire, and an EABL second best 16.7RPG from another former Player of the Week, Josh Ijeh.
That’s helped the West Midlands programme reel off three straight wins, they’ll be gunning for a fourth this weekend but only one of these teams can stay unbeaten.
South Pool
Itchen College v Barking Abbey
A trio of games in the South tomorrow begins with Barking’s trip to Itchen at 3:30pm.
The South coast hosts lost last time out by the narrowest of margins, going down 75-74 against Oaklands, whilst BA also dropped their last outing 85-75 against JMA.
Panos Karras currently leads Itchen with 13.0PPG across two appearances so far, and Player of Week one Abi Adedo is the current top scorer for Barking, he has 14.0PPG.
The Canterbury Academy v Oaklands College
This game has now been postponed.
Copleston High School v John Madejski Academy
Copleston are the latest side to try and slow down JMA, with the Berkshire outfit looking strong at 3-0.
Sam Grant (18.0PPG), Kivuvu Live (14.0PPG), Jacob Taitte (12.3PPG) and Marcus-Myen King-Danchie (11.0PPG) have all impressed, with Latrell Maitland’s league-leading 6.3APG also playing a key role on offence.
Copleston’s Moyo Adekeye (18.7PPG, 5.3APG) ranks seventh for scoring and third for assists, he’s been a standout for the Suffolk programme as they went 1-2 in May.
