Alec Reed Academy vs SEEVIC College

Alec Reed Academy continued its unbeaten start to the season with emphatic win over SEEVIC College, with a final scoreline of 110-41.

Alec Reed jumped out to an early lead as their intensity of defence forced SEEVIC into easy turnovers, with the home side taking first quarter 20-6.

The game progressed similarly throughout as the West London side claimed its fourth win in as many tries in its debut campaign in the EABL.

Alec Reed Coach Daniel Szatkowski said, “I wasn’t sure about how we would perform today after we suffered some injuries early in the week, but I am really happy with the way the rest of the squad stepped up and contributed to a good victory.”

Mo Adan led all scorers with 33 points, supported by Dovydas Golovcenko with 18, while the visitors were led by Christopher Janes who had 10 points.

Alec Reed will play host to London rivals City of London Academy after the half term break, looking to continue their unbeaten start and improve to 5-0, while SEEVIC will travel to Oaklands College as they search for their first win.
