After the game, BHASVIC Coach James Quinto said “Always big credit to Barking whenever we play them, they go hard and never let up at any points. They pushed us this game, and we saw some real good things from our boys today which we can take going forward.

“After a good week at practice and watching the Copleston game, we knew what we wanted to work on today against a tough side and I thought we achieved that. We take a lot positives from this game, and we will make sure we continue to work hard throughout the season.”

BHASVIC travels to Canterbury next week, while Barking travels to the east to face Copleston.
