After the game, BHASVIC Coach James Quinto said “Last game before the Christmas break was always going to be tough especially against an in form Copleston team however I’m quite proud of how we performed. I thought we were in the game three of the four quarters but that third quarter right now has killed us even in the game against USP last week, so that’s definitely something we need to work on for the second half of the season.”

He also added “We were missing some important bodies today that would’ve helped slow Copleston down but nevertheless we gave a good fight and we have plenty of positive things to take into the New Year.”

BHASVIC were led by Captain Josh Last who had 31 points and Jarvis Chater who had 13 points while Copleston big man topped all scorers with 38 points while other big man Harry Gent chipped in with 14 points.

After the Christmas break, BHASVIC will travel to league leaders Barking Abbey while Copleton host COLA.
