James Watt 96-72 Sheffield College

James Watt came out stuttering and without intensity while Sheffield were the opposite. Sheffield were driving strong, handling the pressure and hitting open shots. James Watt seemed shocked that Sheffield came to play and struggled to contain them. 11-21

The second quarter James Watt were still finding their feet defensively gradually slowing down Sheffields impressive offensive display. James Watt then turned up the heat, created turnovers and quickly converting fast break opportunities. This was the spring board to James Watt finally starting to play the way they know how. Half time score 42-41

The second half was all James Watt as they raised their defensive intensity and were rallying behind Ian Rodriguez impressive shooting display. Sheffield found the combination difficult to handle and saw the game quickly getting away from them. 75-56
The tense atmosphere had disappeared and James Watt played with zero pressure in the quarter. The defense was still present for James Watt and Sheffield were not able to find much space for clean looks at the basket. James Watt closed out the in a relatively even quarter. 96-72 James Watt
