Myerscough College 102 – 33 The Sheffield College

Bradley Kaboza scored a game-high 18 points and unbeaten Myerscough routed Sheffield 102-33 in the EABL on Wednesday.

Great Osobor added 16 points for Myerscough (10-0), which had 10 different scorers with five reaching double figures. Sam Chigbo finished with 13 points and Shaydon Eytle and Franklin Agu each had 10.

Myerscough broke the game open with a 34-13 second quarter to take a 55-23 halftime lead. Sco then outscored Sheffield 47-10 after the break.

“It was a solid defensive performance,” said Myerscough head coach Neal Hopkins.

“Credit to Sheffield for not giving up, but today we simply out powered them.”

Mahamud Ibrahim had 10 points for Sheffield (2-9) in the loss. Myerscough hosts Charnwood College next Wednesday and Sheffield welcomes SGS College.
